Lawn Care Crew member Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and hard-working lawn care specialist to add to our team. In this position, it will be your responsibility to help us manage our clients' outdoor spaces. Your main job will be to take care of our clients' lawns. That means you'll spend much of your time mowing grass, using a weed-eater and edging the the yard.
Additionally, you'll be asked to help us take care of the other parts of our clients' outdoor spaces. You might be asked to grow flowers, trim bushes, or fertilize trees, for example. To accomplish all of this, you'll need to be comfortable with using a wide variety of lawn care tools, products, and techniques.

Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Mow clients' lawn
Pick up and dispose of yard debris that needs to be removed
Operate lawn care tools like weed-eaters, hedge trimmers , and zero turn lawnmowers
Answer any questions that the client may have about how to maintain their outdoor spaces
Complete other lawn care-related tasks as needed based on the client's goals for their outdoor space
Lawn Care Crew member Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to use common lawn care equipment
Good work ethic
Enough physical stamina to remain standing for most of the day
